We're building something different—come build it with us.

Bring Your Fire! We’re Hiring.

Kindling opened in September 2026, and we’re growing. Next fall we’re adding classrooms, so we’re building our team now.
We’re always glad to hear from strong educators. You can apply any time, even if the role you want isn’t listed.

Who we are:

Wellness is at the heart of Kindling
Health isn’t an add-on here. It’s the core of our school. Clean air, non-toxic products, healthy food, and time outside are part of every day. We teach kids what’s healthy and what isn’t, and our teachers model it through how they eat, how they move, and how they take care of themselves. We’re looking for people who care about this in their own lives and are excited to share it with kids.

Who We Are Looking for

We don’t care if you’ve taught in public school, private school, or a jungle hut.

We care that you are:

Who We're Hiring

Kindling Academy is growing and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us. Next year we will be opening a 3-6 classroom, a 6-9 classroom and possibly a 9-12 classroom.

Lead Guide

80K + benefits, full time
We’re looking for a Montessori-certified guide to lead our Kindlers classroom starting fall 2027. You’ll create a calm, beautiful room, give individual lessons, and build close relationships with families.

Montessori is our foundation, but we’re not strictly Montessori. We blend it with project-based learning and other approaches, and we’re building our own way of doing things. You’ll be a great fit if you’re grounded in Montessori and excited to combine methods.

Montessori certification required.

Assistant Guide

50K + Benefits

You’ll work alongside our Lead Guide to keep the classroom running smoothly. That means preparing materials, caring for the space, supporting children’s independence, and observing closely so the Lead Guide knows what each child needs.

This is a support role. Your job is to make the Lead Guide’s work easier, follow their lead in the classroom, and be a calm, steady presence for the kids.

Experience in a Montessori classroom preferred.
